Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Planning Specialist for one of Arsha Holding's Subsidiary's Newest Brands "SALMA" active in the retail and FMCG industry. This person evaluates and identifies various trends in sales by analyzing collected data from both within and outside the company; then transforms it into valuable information and knowledge, which supports sales staff and managers to drive action plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggregate, compile, analyze, and evaluate collected data and publish structured reports to stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on all sales data materials and make sure data clarity and completion proactively.
- Responsible for providing reports to enable management to monitor sales operations.
- Implement necessary actions assigned in sales planning.
- Collaborate with team members and members of other departments continuously.
- Provide support and research for Pricing and sales analysis and other matters
- Manage interdepartmental workflow to ensure that all elements are handled according to process and schedule;
- Drive communication between asset management, sales teams, and commercial operations relative to advertiser deal points.
- Communicate with customers to determine their needs and preferences, and provide them with information about new products or services.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales by identifying new markets for existing products or creating new products that appeal to specific groups of consumers.
- Manage the development of pricing plans for products based on customer needs and preferences, industry standards, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure the optimal sales and volume planning under consideration of strategic, volume, and contribution margin targets and factors.
- Review all sales reports and actual data to monitor sales situation compared to budget/ forecast plan and feedback volume-related concerns and propose necessary actions.
- Review cost data validated by control for raw materials, purchased parts, labor, direct expense, logistic cost, design and development, and manufacturing allocation.
- Determine product portfolio and prices based on market potential balancing volume/profit targets and taking into account centrally derived targets.
- Review the price and volume planning, financial controlling, and necessary adjustments on derived price targets.
