Job Description

- Plan and conduct direct sales activities - Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analysis - Coordinate with travel agencies and other distribution channels - Identify, analyze and implement new methods and techniques to determine sales growth - Analyze the company's sales policies and recommend proper improvements and changes - Driving the sales negotiations - Monitoring and controlling related clients and distribution channels performances according company concerns - Presenting the products and developing new ideas to increase market share - Builds, maintain and promotes long-lasting and positive relationships with our new customers and distribution channels - Analyze markets in order to identify new sales and business opportunities - Designing, implementing and monitoring promotional activities - Provide analytical reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing & sales strategies and their impact on business.

Requirements

- At least Bachelor Degree preferably in Tourism, Marketing, Management and Industrial Engineering - Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) - Good knowledge of tourism industry is highly appreciated - Good command of English is an advantage - Experienced in organizational negotiations - Strong planning and organizational skills - Critical Thinking and problem solving skills - Excellent social communication skills - Team working skills & Target/Result oriented
