Job Description

Develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
Analyze data to better understand potential risks, concerns, and outcomes of decisions.
Aggregate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive assessment.
Create reports, summaries, presentations, and process documents to display results.
Implement and improve Dana Energy's risk management strategy and framework.
Propose proper solutions and mitigations for controlling operational and non-operational risks.
Evaluate and monitor risk exposures and indicators (opportunity, hazard, uncertainty, etc.) for taking necessary actions on time.
Update the ERM database in related areas regularly.
Train relevant stakeholders such as risk champions on ERM-related processes and subjects.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in related disciplines (Oil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.).

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in an area of risk management or a related field.

Knowledge and Skills:

An MBA/DBA degree is an advantage.
Risk management qualification is an advantage.
Proficiency in Risk Management Frameworks and Standards (COSO, ISO31000).
Expertise in statistical analysis and data analysis (ability to work with data analysis tools and necessary knowledge about statistical analysis).
Good knowledge of Oil and Gas processes (familiarity with the implementation and processes of projects in the Oil and Gas value chain).
Proficiency in project management tools (ability to work with MSP/Primavera or other project management tools).
Fluent (technical writing and verbal communication) in English.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Familiar with IFS.
