Provide ongoing feedback to the business on any proposed changes to the regulatory environment and analysis of the impact that this may have on the business.
Act as a point of contact between the company and internal and international organizations where the company is a member.

Manage compliance issues in all areas of business by producing compliance schedules in coordination with various managers
Produce compliance reports and liaison with regulatory authorities and other relevant authorities on compliance issues.
Provide fast, effective, high-quality, and business-oriented day-to-day support to colleagues.
Ensure the achievement of business objectives in compliance with all relevant local and internal guidelines, procedures, laws, and regulations.
Assist with keeping and improving all legal and compliance databases, including physical and electronic.
Support departments in identifying legal risks and report the identified legal risks to the LEX manager.
Implement risk preventive and control measures in alignment with the LEX manager.
Ensure effective implementation and adherence to compliance and business ethics policies, strategies, and SOPs.
Provide high-quality business ethics training, refreshments, advice, and support to internal and external stakeholders and business partners.
Identify business ethics risks and assist the external affair and legal team for controlling the risks.
Prepare presentations and submit reports as may be required on Business ethics and compliance issues and major risks.
Investigate and report business ethics breaches and other legal/compliance violations and ensure proper action is taken.
Assist the team with corporate internal business ethics audits and local and regional compliance reviews.
Provide high-quality sanctions and export control training, refreshments, advice, and support to the affiliate, to stay alert on regulatory trends and to stay updated with recent changes in regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Political Science, Public Law, or similar fields; an MBA graduate (graduation from reputable state universities is a plus).
At least 5 years of working experience in reputable companies.
Proven general counseling experience in a business environment.
Overall political knowledge.
