Job Description

The mission of this position at Zarrin Roya is optimal planning for creating raw materials requests and pursuing open orders until delivery to the production unit and preventing the production line from stopping.

The key tasks and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Calculating and controlling the inventory of raw materials based on the documents registered in the system and announcing possible discrepancies to the planning manager and other units.
• Following up on receiving information required by MRP for the implementation and planning of periodic inventory control.
• Implementing MRP and calculating the required order amount and creating a purchase request via email and system.
• Announcing priority and daily/weekly materials delivery schedule to the purchasing unit.
• Following up on opening orders and shipping schedules until reaching the factory and announcing discrepancies in open orders.
• Following up to remove or correct excess or change orders from the purchasing unit.
• Following up on problems related to quality and non-arrival of raw materials or return of materials to the supplier.
• Checking the BOM and creating specifications related to raw materials.
• Calculating and announcing the risk of raw materials to the production and purchase planning unit and follow up to solve the problem.
• Preparing daily/weekly and monthly reports and sending them to the relevant units.
