POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer who can independently own complex problem spaces across our OTT platform—from discovery to validation and delivery. You will be responsible for driving product quality, reducing risk through early validation, and ensuring coherent user experiences across UGC, Live, VOD, Podcast, and Admin tools.

Your responsibilities include:

· Owning end-to-end product design for complex features and systems
· Leading user research and insight synthesis using AI-assisted methods
· Performing assumption mapping and fact-finding to de-risk decisions
· Designing scalable interaction flows and UX patterns across the platform
· Prototyping and validating ideas using Fake Door Tests, Landing Page Smoke Tests, and Internal Dogfooding
· Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership
· Raising overall design quality and decision-making maturity

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

· Reviewing AI-synthesized research insights and platform analytics
· Defining problem statements and success criteria for new initiatives
· Designing and iterating high-fidelity prototypes for complex workflows
· Running early validation experiments before engineering investment
· Partnering with engineers on feasibility and system constraints
· Mentoring less experienced designers through feedback and guidance
· Refining designs based on real user behavior and data

SKILLS

Product & Design Skills
· Strong experience in end-to-end digital product design
· Proven ability to design complex platforms or systems
· Deep understanding of UX patterns, interaction design, and usability
AI & Research
· Advanced use of AI tools for research, ideation, validation, and UX writing
· Strong analytical and hypothesis-driven mindset
Leadership & Soft Skills
· High autonomy and ownership
· Ability to influence decisions and align stakeholders
· Strong communication and storytelling skills
