Job Description

• Driving Forecast meetings, placing orders, and following needed actions according to MOM (including finish goods, API, under license, and production-based items).
• Managing API and finishing goods level stock according to Sales-In budget, identifying shortages according to suppliers LT, and clarifying delivery date of products for foreign procurement team.
• Controlling the sales and marketing team for entering monthly sales-out forecasts (15 months rolling) according to deadlines and calculating deviations of forecast versions to make sure the forecast is accurate.
• Controlling to register the reasons for Sales-out forecast deviations by the sales and marketing team in the system.
• Updating importation plan for the next 15 months (Sales-in forecast rolling) of all products and entering data into the system.
• Continues improvement of Forecast draft according to needed data and following to make a systematical panel with IS team.
• Controlling Global stock on a daily and monthly basis and providing reports (including production, CWH, distributors, in transit, and customs).
• Reviewing the monthly importation deviation versus budget and forecast and recording the reasons in the system.
• Preparing monthly MOH rolling forecast and updating (registering) data in TTAC.
• Providing a weekly importation and production plan and evaluating the procurement team to make sure of plan fulfillment and sharing it with the distributors' supply team.
• Negotiating with units to make sure all processes of product flow in the system (from defining codes to clearance) are done.
• Providing related daily, weekly, and monthly reports of sales, importation, production, and stock and participating in developing needed dashboards.
