Job Description
Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of Personnel activity is carried out in an efficient and procedural compliant manner - Supervision on the employment and personnel affairs - Supervision on all job classification - Supervision on the employment contract - Supervision on the social security insurance affairs - Supervision on the complementary insurance affairs - Dealing with all issues regarding Ministry of Labor, SSO and all kinds of retirements - Dealing with complaints received from MOL or SSO and suggest appropriate solutions that is best for company's good - Preparing required reports related to manpower cont and manpower planning

- BA-Industrial Engineering / Management - Reporting Analysis - Budgeting/Manpower Costing - Advanced User of excel/PowerPoint - Advanced English Communication - Advanced knowledge of Labor law - Advanced payroll knowledge
