Job Description

● Receive inquiries from house clients and sales department, negotiate rates with overseas agents and shipping lines /carriers to extract the best rates. ● Chase and follow the shipments and update the clients accordingly. ● Arrange to book and provide shipping instructions to overseas networks. ● Check cargo arrival date with shipping line/carriers and constantly update the arrival schedule, notify arrival status clients. ● Billing all involved charges to customers and ensure all invoices are fully received by clients.
