Job Description

With more than 45 million active users, Cafebazaar is going to develop a new Fintech product. Powered by a work culture focused on high performance and continuous improvement, the company will be the biggest Payment Solution in terms of internet-based payments, especially mobile payments. The current situation is a critical time for our expansion. People are using Cafebazaar Payment Solution every day and we want developers and merchants to consider us as a trustworthy, affordable, and high conversion rate payment channel. Our Merchant Developer is responsible for drawing the attention of merchants to Cafebazaar payment as an important solution. This role is responsible for the end-to-end sales process. You will help identify, convince, and retain key potential customers, and you will also support the penetration strategy and creative proposals. You will be the ‘Voice of Customer’ for our Product teams and help chalk out the future roadmap of the products, based on the market needs and feedback from our customers. Responsibilities: ● Set high sales targets for merchant acquisition and meet them. ● Lead meetings with the product manager and other internal stakeholders and external vendors. ● Develop business cases and proposals based on merchant needs. ● Build strong and long-term relationships with our merchants. ● Design and lead the sales process until contracts are made. ● Monitor contracts and grasp opportunities to derive more transactions from current merchants. ● Derive opportunities from trends and our capacity. ● Work directly with internal and external customers to initiate, plan, execute and manage merchant solution development and business implementation initiatives to accomplish overall business, client, and vendor objectives.

Requirements

● Self-motivated, flexible, work effectively as well as autonomously, stay optimistic, and be persistent in negative feedback after several months. ● At least 3 years of sales experience. ● Prior experience in a fintech company is a plus. ● Ability to listen actively to customers and find their mentioned and unmentioned needs. ● Successful experience in making contracts. ● Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. ● Be indefatigable by following up on leads. ● A strategic state of mind to set smart targets and find ways to achieve them. ● Ability to create a strategic sales plan. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing. ● Able to work efficiently with several teams.
