Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Marketing and Market Development:
- Analyze industrial markets.
- Develop.
- Marketing strategies.
Sales Management and Commercial Contracts:
- Negotiate and finalize sales/purchase contracts in compliance with INCOTERMS 2020.
- Prepare commercial documents including proforma invoices, technical-financial proposals, Letters of Credit (LC), Bills of Lading (B/L), etc.
- Follow up payments according to LC/TT terms in compliance with UCP600.
Commercial Affairs and Logistics:
- Manage import and export processes using NTSW, EPL, and comprehensive warehouse management systems.
- Control inventory and record data in ERP/WMS systems.
Technical, Contractual, and Legal Support:
- Collaborate with the legal team in drafting and reviewing EPC and EPDSF contracts.
- Assess commercial risks and assist in resolving contractual disputes.
- Ensure documentation compliance with ICC requirements and Standardization Organization guidelines.
E) Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide periodic analytical reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Education:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, MBA, Petroleum/Gas/Mechanical Engineering
Technical Skills:
- Specialized certifications: INCOTERMS 2020, UCP600, International Trade.
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial marketing, project sales, and commercial affairs.
- Experience in the oil, gas, petrochemical industries, or heavy equipment supply within EPC and EPDSF projects.
Technical Skills:
- International Standards: INCOTERMS 2020, UCP600, ICC.
- Commercial Systems: NTSW, EPL, Comprehensive Trade System, TTBank.
- Software: ERP (SAP/Odoo), CRM, Warehouse Management, Advanced MS Office.
- Commercial Documents: LC, Proforma Invoice, Tender Documents, Bill of Lading, Customs Clearance & etc.
Languages:
- Full professional proficiency in business and technical English (negotiation, correspondence, documentation).
