Job Description
- Responsible for need assessment, planning, providing training, and effectiveness evaluation
- Responsible for the design and execution of the training strategy, prepare and implement training budget.
- Participating in improvement of training and development process - Preparing and updating of training and development Sops
- Identify future training needs and identify training to address
- Participate in the on boarding of new hires and assign them to training sessions
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development
- Identify training resources and match them to needs
- Oversee the training in all key areas of warehouse operations, sales force,
- Create brochures and training materials.
- Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
- Participating in training effectiveness, improvement, decrease of training deviation, and enhancement of learning
- Defining development plans for managers
- Planning for increasing motivation
- Planning and implementation of long-term, mid-term, and short-term activities for developing the organizational capabilities
- Defining and using various methods for employees training according to learning style
- Participating in knowledge management process
- Familiar with other HR aspects
