Job Description

Synapse Accelerator, the leading accelerator in IVD technologies in Iran, is looking for an experienced and results-oriented senior commercial expert, who is passionate about encountering the challenges of working in a dynamic environment and accompanying us in our journey of empowering our foreign commercial team. If the below qualifications suit you, we will be thrilled to get to know you.

Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations for the organization.
Assisting branch management in setting import budgets and strategies.
Track, monitor, and follow up on RFPs.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather purchase requests and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Implement supply chain processes of the warehouse, supply, logistics, and sales departments.
Do order planning; distribution and tracking steps until delivery.

Requirements

We are excited to speak to individuals with the following qualifications:

Knowledge of basic inventory management and manufacturing workflow.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Educational degree, preferably in Business Administration, or Foreign Commercial Management; or an MBA graduate.
Fluent in English, reading, writing, and communications.
Five+ years of commercial field experience.
