Job Description
In Jabama we are looking for a Senior Commercial Expert with below tasks and qualities:
- Register orders in NTSW and determine the currency.
- Coordinate with insurance and transportation companies.
- Issue and control shipping documents, coordinate goods transportation, coordinate transit and clearance of goods, settlement of foreign exchange obligations, and follow up with sellers.
- Carry out commercial correspondence and conduct negotiations and correspondence for foreign orders, sending inquiries, and receiving proforma.
- Prepare and control all commercial documents, including CO, BL, PL, and CL and check the accuracy of documents.
- Coordinate and follow up on transport, transit, insurance, and inspection companies.
- Control credit purchases from foreign suppliers.
- Planning and pricing due to gaining the most out of the potential opportunities.
- Report and present achievements to the management.
