Job Description
● Build and evaluate business processes, manage process change, and lead process redesign workshops.
● Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on process performance.
● Business process engineering (Planning, documenting, implementing, auditing and corrective and preventive actions and measuring process effectiveness), recognizing the inputs and outputs of management review, identifying customer-oriented organizational processes (design, production engineering, manufacturing, production, warehouse).
● Gap analysis, revising, and business process re-engineering periodically and continuously.
● Create process plans that contain business goals, project milestones, and required resources.
● Carry out analysis of present processes and identify opportunities to enhance processes.
● Create and implement initiatives, business process development, and operative process management.
● Liaise with management to coordinate process improvement project activities.
● Inspect the effectiveness of active process improvement initiatives and make useful recommendations.
● Collect information and evaluate them in the alignment of business goals and organization goals.
● Communicate with workers at all levels to evaluate key performance measures of loss, cost, and wages.
● Apply the knowledge of business process modeling notations (BPMN, …) to modeling and documenting processes.
● Establish ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
