The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Tehran;

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT:

Short Notice,
Deadline: June 10, 2025

Vacancy announcement – Security Guard and Visa Guard. The Embassy of South Korea in Tehran is seeking to hire one (1) Security Guard and one (1) Visa Guard. Qualified candidates are invited to submit their applications according to the instructions provided.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring access and conducting patrols.
• Reporting incidents and suspicious activity.
• Enforcing security procedures.
• Assisting in emergencies.
• Complying with embassy policies.
• Maintaining professional conduct and communication.
• Ensuring a secure environment.
• Performing other assigned duties.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Proficiency in English and Farsi.
• First aid knowledge (certification preferred).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Security training certification (preferred).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic computer and form-handling skills.
• Familiarity with safety and emergency protocols.

Type of Position:

• Security Guard: Shift Work (day and night, followed by 48 hours off).
• Visa Guard: Full-time (from 07:30 to 15:30, Sunday to Thursday).
• One-year contract with possibility of renewal.
