Job Description
1. Support manager calendar management and scheduling 2. Update team, supplier and partner contact list 3. Arrange Conference Calls and Meeting Rooms 4. Arrange interviews 5. Support center meetings and team meetings 6. Support management team planning meeting 7. Master various CZ process, Tools and system 8. MISC: Order lunch box and etc. 9. Business trip arrangement including air ticket, hotel, transportation, agenda, document preparation 10. Incoming and outgoing documents preview, make sure every doc is well supported and transfer/record 11. Organize and maintain files of GM’s correspondences, records, and documents 12. Handle sensitive and confidential information and documents in due manners 13. Office and personal administration business, e.g. update driver of transportation arrangement, reimbursement, IT support, greenery, furniture, stationery, business dinner, etc.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Persian. Oral and written - Mature, proactive, team-worker, excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Capable to writing formal report and letter in English and Parsi - Self motivated, patient, reliable sense of responsibilities - Good computer skill in Microsoft Office, and general computer familiarity is required
