● Managing diaries and making appointments. ● Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meeting. ● Drafting letters and other documents. ● Maintaining filing systems. ● Answering the phone and answering queries. ● Photocopying and printing. ● Using various computer software like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ● Meeting and greeting any visitors in the office.

Requirements

● Skilled at World and Excel. ● Positive attitude ● Being organized and dedicated with good communication skill ● Multitasking skills. ● Ability to work under pressure, team-working skills, self-confidence, self motivated. ● Speaking English is preferred. ● University degree is preferred.
