Job Description

- Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, type and forms - Manage the phone calls and E-mail Order office supplies Arrange appointments meetings and travels - Receive and situate guests correctly in the Prepare Internal /external assigned by the management and related reports - Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems Typing, and dealing with correspondence and queries Coordinate with different divisions Perform other duties as assigned

- Perfect attention to details Being very precise, - responsible, respectful and a good team player Minimum 3 years of experience Effective and strong communication - Excellent public relations skills - Proficient in Computer and Microsoft Office - Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines - Bachelor degree - Proven work experience as a secretary - Ideal Age Range: 25 to 40 - Gender Preference: Female - Current Residence: Tehran
