Job Description

-Managing office affairs -Report employee's attendance -Register all the incoming and outgoing letters -Responding incoming calls/Faxes/E-mails -Document preparation / Typing Letters -Meetings, appointments and travel plans arrangements -Assist with upcoming events

Requirements

-1/2 years relevant experience -B.Sc degree (any field) -Well organizing, communication and follow up skills -Excellent ICDL knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook & etc.) -Able to correspond in Persian and English -Professional reporting and typing skills -Self-motivated and committed -Applicant must be based in Tehran -Gender Preference: Female -Ideal Age Range: 20-30 -Preferred Status: Single
