Job Description
Objective: This post is for a candidate with the right motivation and ability to learn, the opportunity exists to expand the role beyond administrative functions offering an opportunity for significant career and personal growth.
Main responsibilities: Some duties will include but not be limited to:
- Handle all secretarial affairs like typing, answering phone, reserving hotels, booking flights and etc.
- Provide general administrative support such as preparing and composing correspondences, arranging meetings, processing confidential documents, tracking deadlines, forms and reports, filing electronic and hard copy, etc.
- Contact person for Supplementary Insurance and handle all the procedures
- Receiving all parcels and distribute to the consignees
- Acts as contact person for members and guests and supports them with regular requests
- Coordinates meetings and events
- Maintain schedules and calendars
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Any other assigned tasks by the direct manager
