Main responsibilities: Some duties will include but not be limited to:
- Handle all secretarial affairs like typing, answering phone, reserving hotels, booking flights and etc.
- Provide general administrative support such as preparing and composing correspondences, arranging meetings, processing confidential documents, tracking deadlines, forms and reports, filing electronic and hard copy, etc.
- Contact person for Supplementary Insurance and handle all the procedures
- Receiving all parcels and distribute to the consignees
- Acts as contact person for members and guests and supports them with regular requests
- Coordinates meetings and events
- Maintain schedules and calendars
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Any other assigned tasks by the direct manager
Requirements
- University qualifications: At least B.A. /B.S. degree
- Other certifications: Any other related certificate is a plus
- Previous experience: At least 3 years of experience as secretary, admin officer, executive secretary
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Internet
- Typing without difficulty both in English and Farsi
- Honesty and personal maturity, Intelligence
- Being very responsible, good team player, and loyal to work
- Effective communication skill and excellent public relations
- High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role
- Customer service orientation
- Excellent organizational skill
- High level of self-discipline and attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities
