Job Description
- Handle all office incoming/outgoing correspondences and other documents, answering phone calls and faxes.
- Manage letter circulation and dispatch documents outside the organization by using office automation equipment, post, and other current methods.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements (ticket, hotel, taxi, etc.) and maintain schedules and calendars.
- Prepare, file, and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Letter preparation and email correspondence in Farsi and English.
- Archive reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
- Take care of foreign staff visas, work permits, etc.
- Desired start date: ASAP.
- Probation period: 3 months.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a secretary or assistant.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good typing skills.
- Very patient, responsible, good team player, and loyal to work.
- Effective communication skills and excellent public relations.
- Energetic and flexible to work to the demands of the role.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
