Job Description

  • Handle all office incoming/outgoing correspondences and other documents, answering phone calls and faxes.
  • Manage letter circulation and dispatch documents outside the organization by using office automation equipment, post, and other current methods.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements (ticket, hotel, taxi, etc.) and maintain schedules and calendars.
  • Prepare, file, and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Letter preparation and email correspondence in Farsi and English.
  • Archive reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
  • Take care of foreign staff visas, work permits, etc.
  • Desired start date: ASAP.
  • Probation period: 3 months.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a secretary or assistant.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good typing skills.
  • Very patient, responsible, good team player, and loyal to work.
  • Effective communication skills and excellent public relations.
  • Energetic and flexible to work to the demands of the role.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
