Job Description

-Preparation of technical and commercial proposals -Negotiation for technical and financial clarifications -Correspondence in Persian and English -Correspond with clients and participate in meetings to solve problems and figure out solutions and agreements on technical and commercial issues in the inquires -Satisfy clients’ needs on technical and commercial issues -Attend intra-organizational meetings and submit a performance reports -Negotiate and draw up purchase order with clients -Negotiation for technical and financial clarifications -Submit a report to the sales manager -Obtain price inquiry and Price Analysis -Coordinate with other departments to obtain required Technical & commercial support -Archiving and documentation -Checking the technical report and designing -Follow-up bidding process -Coordinate with marketing experts -Follow-up and handling the requirement of marketing and qualification before tender -Completely follow-up, control, and develop the organization's general policies and strategies made in sales Department

Requirements

-Degree level in Mechanical Engineering or similar -Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar business and positions -Familiar with oil and gas and petrochemical tenders -Having a good knowledge of fixed equipment of refinery and petrochemical -Fluent in English (Writing, Speaking, Comprehension) especially in technical & contractual topics -Have strong knowledge of computer science especially MS-Office -Fully dominance on related technical software such as PV-elite, Auto cad -Having skill in principles and tactics of negotiation -Familiar with basics and fundamentals of contract -Familiar with the principles of planning for Timely response -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 40
