Job Description

  • Prepare monthly reports for the sales director/lead and collect data for sales sub-departments.
  • Create, maintain, and extend contracts with relevant distributors.
  • Manage distributors’ bank guarantees and land guarantee procedures in coordination with the legal team.
  • Allocate office facilities and maintain office services by organizing operations and procedures for all sales departments.
  • Dispatch sales team documents and parcels to various regions using courier services, and monitor and set payments to the courier service.
  • Organize meetings/events for the sales team, including inductions, annual meetings, and bonus trips.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales operations or administrative support roles.
  • Upper intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Upper intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
