Job Description
The sales support executive will work closely with the senior sales account managers to provide support in the sales process. This includes assisting with the preparation of tender documents, reports, and other sales materials, as well as performing administrative tasks related to sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior sales account managers in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support sales efforts.
- Monitor sales activities and provide regular reports to Senior Sales Account Managers.
- Communicate with other departments within the organization to coordinate activities related to sales.
- Follow up with clients on quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments on customer orders, delivery, and payment.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales activities, such as preparing invoices and tracking payments.
