Job Description

The sales support executive will work closely with the senior sales account managers to provide support in the sales process. This includes assisting with the preparation of tender documents, reports, and other sales materials, as well as performing administrative tasks related to sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior sales account managers in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support sales efforts.
  • Monitor sales activities and provide regular reports to Senior Sales Account Managers.
  • Communicate with other departments within the organization to coordinate activities related to sales.
  • Follow up with clients on quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on customer orders, delivery, and payment.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales activities, such as preparing invoices and tracking payments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales support or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of IT networks and security services is a plus.


The sales support executive will be an integral part of the sales team and will play a key role in supporting the department's overall success. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
