Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the network of after-sales representatives.
- Monitor performance, provide reports, and follow up on after-sales targets.
- Recruit, assess, and train new representatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address representatives’ needs.
- Conduct regular market visits and oversee assigned regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and representative management.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
