Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the network of after-sales representatives.
• Monitor performance, provide reports, and follow up on after-sales targets.
• Recruit, assess, and train new representatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address representatives’ needs.
• Conduct regular market visits and oversee assigned regions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales and representative management.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
