About the Company:

Pakshoma, as one of the leading brands in Iran’s home appliances industry and a subsidiary of Alef Group of Companies, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Planning Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving sales growth and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor sales plans aligned with organizational objectives

• Analyze sales trends, identify strengths and weaknesses, and recommend improvements

• Prepare and deliver regular management reports on sales performance

• Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and efficiency

• Manage sales budgets and monitor costs

• Recommend strategies for market development and process improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales or sales planning

• Educational background: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

• Strong knowledge of sales planning and control processes

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
