Job Description

The sales planning expert is responsible for supporting sales teams to achieve their targets by providing analytical and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales KPI to provide insights that support decision-making processes.
  • Implement monthly targets of KPIs in BI.
  • Prepare daily sales reports.
  • Establish a routine for verifying the data collected from the sales team to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate for decision-making.
  • Reconcile sales forecasts and actual sales reports to identify discrepancies and improve data integrity.
  • Follow up sales and operations actions that have a direct impact on the sales team
  • Control and update the routes, JCP, and distributors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or related roles within a sales organization.

Skills:

  • Familiar with sales fundamentals.
  • Intermediate in Excel.
  • Familiar with Power BI.
  • Intermediate in English.
