Job Description
Main objective:
Plan, execute, control, and analyze all issues related to the sales and marketing department in different industries related to all available products and new launch products under the direct supervision of the general manager in order to meet the sales target.
Main responsibilities:
● Set sales targets for all product lines with the team and plan to achieve the target in a monthly manner.
● Control and monitor the team performance in order to achieve the target
● Control all the CRM seriously (pre- invoices, invoice, and sales follow-up) for all teams on a daily basis.
● Provide sales and marketing plan for sales team and monitor it by CRM and regular weekly meetings.
● Support the sales team in closing major sales deals and provide necessary guidance.
● Accountable for the sales pricing and update with the competitor price.
● Make sure that all the related tenders are done by the person in charge and the sales team accordingly by the deadline.
● Accountable for a technical solution for customers.
● Fully responsible for sales and marketing budget.
● Provide the strategic plans of the market research and introduce the new and credible brands to the management to have the sales development in the product portfolio.
● Effective communication with the key accounts in Lalaezar and prepare the strategic sales plan so as to enhance the sales in the Bazar market.
● Control and be an update on all activities related to the Lalazar Bazar and provide the quick and proper sales actions.
● Be updated with the latest cargo information and have proper sales action accordingly.
● Play the role of authority in market intelligence including market size, trends, markets shares, analysis of competitors' product offering for available and expanding business (including product features, pricing, support).
● Provide a strong plan for introducing the companies to different industries, which can sell the products there and have high motivation to have a regular visit in order to execute the plan and provide sales leads.
● Establish and develop close relationships with KOL and leverage the relationship in order to come up with customized marketing and sales activities designed for such accounts.
● Benchmark the best practices in the market and implement the relative one
● Strong follow-up for the leads and orders generated by his communication with customers and his team as well.
● Develop a comprehensive customer satisfaction system.
● Evaluate and Provide the actionable plan based on the customer satisfaction system outcomes
● Effective communication with digital marketing and website activities and offer the psychology, new, creative, innovative advertising tools in order to support and developing the sales.
● Provide the improvement plans with the analytical, economical assessment for the management as an aspect of the statistical and other information received related to the market, price.
● Effective communication with the other company's department for better performance and collaboration in developing the sales.
● Present sales and marketing activities and reports to the management on a weekly and monthly basis.
