● Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
● Plan, organize, and manage all sales activities.
● Evaluate sales team processes and procedures.
● Sales area performance analysis.
● Understand CRM systems and concepts.
● Manage customer relationships, visit customers and solve their issues.
● Attend relevant trade exhibitions.
● Manage the sales team including day-to-day management, set up weekly sales meetings, motivation the team to get to their goals.
● Build and promote strong, long-term distribution relationships with B2B partners
● Analyze sales statistics.
● Conduct effective negotiations and principled agreements in the context of professional interactions with the customer.
● Play the role of human resource management for personnel.
