Job Description

● Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans. ● Plan, organize, and manage all sales activities. ● Evaluate sales team processes and procedures. ● Sales area performance analysis. ● Understand CRM systems and concepts. ● Manage customer relationships, visit customers and solve their issues. ● Attend relevant trade exhibitions. ● Manage the sales team including day-to-day management, set up weekly sales meetings, motivation the team to get to their goals. ● Build and promote strong, long-term distribution relationships with B2B partners ● Analyze sales statistics. ● Conduct effective negotiations and principled agreements in the context of professional interactions with the customer. ● Play the role of human resource management for personnel.

Requirements

● 10 years of effective experience in managing the sales team in a company with sales volume in terms of Rials and number of customers. ● Ability to manage human resources. ● Ability to negotiate to communicate effectively with managers of other units of the company and top customer management. ● Energetic, and results-oriented. ● Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Outstanding organizational and time management skills. ● Systemic thinking skills. ● Ideal age range: 30 to 45 years old.
