Job Description
- Negotiate and close sales by agreement terms.
- Follow up sales process from start to end.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and keep customer records.
- Support sales and marketing activities by attending trade shows, meetings, conferences, and other sales and marketing events.
- Resolve customer complaints by recording problems, proposing and finalizing solutions with clients, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on sales trends.
- Establish and maintain a close relationship with clients and partners.
- Develop relationships with new customers.
- Close the deal and receive purchase orders from clients.
- Issue sales documents and follow up the payments with the clients.
- Focus on providing sales strategy and the ability to present different problem solving methods
