Job Description
• Personally maintain & grow revenue from several key Major accounts
• Work closely with the Director in determining contract strategy and oversee all negotiations for Major accounts annual commitments
• Oversee weekly, monthly & annual forecasting for Major Accounts team
• Develop creative, comprehensive advertising packages using a multi-media approach
• Performance and objectives. Ensure corrective action to meet financial goals
• Work effectively with team members and colleagues within the group and across traditional work units particularly online interactive, mobile and event knowledge and resources
• Create and propose effective sales presentations in order to develop business across the portfolio
• Direct the development, implementation and execution of innovative advertising and integrated sales plans on behalf of the company
• A collaborative approach to working in a team and with clients
• Collaborate with the wider team effectively to provide the best possible ideas and proposals for our clients
• Build and maintain our client database and keep accurate records of sales activity
• Inform and influence our market knowledge and strategy through research, insight and opinion
• Advertising and Performance Advertising services including targeting and direct response advertising
• Drive consultative customer-centric selling behaviors by modeling the behavior through coaching, role-playing and in field sales calls
• Exceed sales goals by prospecting and selling print, and event advertising to a dedicated territory
• Expert knowledge of all facets of advertising including all sales items and marketing
• Drive and develop our partners offering working closely with our international teams as well as local marketing managers
