Sales Manager

Job Description

Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues - Set individual sales targets with sales team - Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel - Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople - Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team - Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly - Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team - Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives - Evaluate performance of sales staff - Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team - Plan and direct sales team training - Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals - Co-ordinate and monitor online sales activity - Investigate lost sales and customer accounts - Track, collate and interpret sales figures - Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue - Generate timely sales reports - Develop pricing schedules and rates - Formulate sales policies and procedures - Help prepare budgets - Control expenses and monitor budgets - Maintain inventory control - Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis - Analyze data to identify sales opportunities - Develop promotional ideas and material - Attend trade meetings and industry conventions - Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision - Persuading others to change their minds or behavior. - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. - Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences. - Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do. - Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions. - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. - Analyzing needs and product requirements to create a design. - Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work. - Determining how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree; often preferred master of Sales or business administration - Professional certification and organization memberships suggested - Industry experience required - Strong communication, sales, presentation, management, and leadership skills; goal-oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure; knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms; strong budgeting, Internet, and computer skills Age: 35 - 50 Current Location: Tehran & suburbs Salary: Negotiable Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 5 PM/ Thursday 9 AM to 1 PM
