Job Description
- Identifying and collecting current, potential and missing customers information, classifying and registering them in accordance with the pattern of establishing a relationship (presence, telephone, correspondence) with current customers about buying and encouraging them to increase purchases and obtain their satisfaction.
- The writing reports of talks.
- Creating a relationship (presence, telephone, correspondence) with lost customers and discovering the reasons for not buying them and solving problems between them and trying to restore them.
- Establishing relationships (in-person, telephone, correspondence) with potential customers and negotiating with them, and encouraging them to start cooperating and buying products from the company.
- Planning and conducting visits to customers' business premises and controlling them and providing related reports.
- Identification and analysis of competitors (product, price, distribution and advertising).
- Provide regular marketing and sales reports and special reports to the management.
- Cooperate in the company's promotional activities.
- Co-operation and coordination with the financial unit of the company in accounting, payment and collection of company claims.
-Co-ordination with suppliers and shipping (if necessary) to send the goods to customers.
- Mastering the company's products and cooperating in training other forces (if necessary).
- Compliance with all administrative procedures and cooperation to create a suitable working environment for the company's goals.
