Job Description

- Manage, Plan, Organize Sale's team in order to lead them to achieve the Nama Mad Pasargad's Strategy in the Sale Department - Implement the Sale's strategy and increase Sales - Prepare Documentation and Apply for the related projects - Understand the market and change plans accordingly with the company's strategy - Report to the Director of the Nama Mad Pasargad Co. - Work as a team and manage the Sale team - Work with Marketing, Accounting and Management Departments

Requirements

- Great knowledge of diesel motors and generators - Minimum five years' experience in Diesel Motors and Generator's Sales - Worked previously in a related field and has a relevant knowledge about Generators - Related qualifications - Proven skills in understanding and having knowledge about Generators and their sales in Iran's market - Understand and communicate in English professionally - Understand the Generator's market and change plans based on customer demands - Understand the strategy to increases the sales - An appropriate and professional Communication skills with all stakeholders - Understanding SWOT analysis - Professional Sales Management Skills - Understanding the Marketing and Planning for it accordingly - Using MS Project, Excel, Spreadsheets
