Job Description

• Overall planning of product sales in the supervision area • Explore & study the competitors movements in the target market • Identify & track the sales goals in the supervision area • Control the amount of returns products and try to reduce this amount • Coordinate between different parts of supervision areas. • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. • Oversee regional and local supervisors and their staffs. • Plan and direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. • Determine price schedules and discount rates. • Review operational records & reports of project sales to determine profitability. • Monitor customer's preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. • Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.

• Ability to negotiate effectively with customers • Ability to guide and lead • Motivated and Initiative • Able to do teamwork and be flexible • Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges. Computer skills: MS Office, Internet • Full Command on Sales Development • Ability to analyze business and finance results • Ability of short term and long term planning • Good command of English, written and spoken (Turkish is a plus) • Experience: At least 5 years in sales and 3 years experience as sales Manager • Education: Bachelor degree • Ideal Age Range: 32 – 45 • Location: Tehran
