Job Description
● Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
● Control and track the sales process.
● Prepare, maintain, and review sales files, reports, and price lists.
● Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, promote the sales of the company, and provide sales support.
● Maintain and develop relationships with customers through regular calls, meetings, and contacts.
● Handle market research, and maintain and update product and competition knowledge by studying and reviewing market data.
● Monitor competitions, sales, and marketing activities and identify market gaps and potentials.
● Perform commercial paperwork and correspondence.
● Take care of receivable accounts and provide required documents to the financial department.
● Write relevant reports and documents.
● Maintain detailed records.
● Report to the sales director.
