● Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders. ● Control and track the sales process. ● Prepare, maintain, and review sales files, reports, and price lists. ● Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, promote the sales of the company, and provide sales support. ● Maintain and develop relationships with customers through regular calls, meetings, and contacts. ● Handle market research, and maintain and update product and competition knowledge by studying and reviewing market data. ● Monitor competitions, sales, and marketing activities and identify market gaps and potentials. ● Perform commercial paperwork and correspondence. ● Take care of receivable accounts and provide required documents to the financial department. ● Write relevant reports and documents. ● Maintain detailed records. ● Report to the sales director.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or Chemical Engineering. ● At least 5 years of experience as a commercial expert. ● Experience in the pharma industry will be considered an advantage. ● Familiar with import regulations/procedures, customs formalities, and INCOTERMS. ● Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. ● Team-oriented and adaptable personality. ● High teamwork value understanding and ability to work cross-functionally. ● Strong communication skills. ● Negotiating talent, decisive, superb with deadlines. ● Self-motivated and detail-oriented. ● Ideal age: 30 to 42 years old.
