Job Description
● Meet weekly, monthly and annual targets for assigned territories.
● Set sales targets for sales reps, compare their performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
● Set daily and weekly targets for the sales team and assign territories for sales members and reps.
● Analyze sales reports, assess team performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
● Coach, mentor, and encourage the sales team to ensure targets are met and provide constructive and regular feedback to team members.
● Visit the field on a regular basis to negotiate with customers, resolve customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues, and Identify and analyze customer preferences.
● Set weekly and monthly meetings with the sales team to solve target deviations and identify potential new markets.
● Provide analytical reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors.
