WINaTALENT is an international talent platform. In this role, you'll generate leads, turn them into clients, and manage their accounts through the process.

Role at a Glance
- Title: Sales Lead Representative (B2B SaaS)
- Mission: Build a predictable outbound lead generation engine
- Reports to: CEO
- Location: Remote first (Iran hours) - Monday till Friday or Sunday till Thursday
- Contract/Start: Full-time | Start: ASAP

Top Responsibilities
- Own outbound (research, list build, multi-channel sequencing across email/phone/LinkedIn)
- Qualify inbound and run crisp discovery; self-close SMB where applicable
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, activity SLAs, and forecasts
- Feed insights to product/marketing (objections, proof points, messaging)
- Leverage tools, agencies, and AI to increase lead generation.
- Mentor junior SDRs as we scale

Ideal Profile
Must Haves
- 3–6 years B2B experience (SDR/BDR/AE mix) in startup/scale-up
environments
- Proven outbound metrics (meetings, SQLs, conversion, ARR won)
- Strong discovery and concise writing;
- Comfortable with technical products and roles.
- Tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach automation
- Language: We interview fluent English speakers and non-fluent English speakers for this role, but excellent English writing skills are required.
