Job Description
● Identify and collect information on current, potential, and lost customers; classify and register them according to the company's plan.
● Develop integral customer service and communication skills through constant customer interaction and employee collaboration.
● Qualify, develop, and maintain through the company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them.
● Communicate (in person, by phone, correspondence) with current customers and encourage them to increase their purchases and gain their satisfaction.
● Identify new customers and negotiate with them and encourage them to start cooperation and purchase the company's products.
● Plan and conduct customer activity visits.
● Provide regular sales reports.
● Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research.
