● Visiting customers in order to identify their problems and technical needs and turn them into opportunities to sell products or services. ● Receiving and reviewing customer requests and provide sales offers tailored to their expectations and needs. ● Following, executing and monitoring the order fulfillment process in order to ensure that customer needs and sales goals are met. ● Training, supporting and answering to customer technical problems. ● Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. ● Coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments.
