Job Description

● Good dealing with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. ● Respond to sales enquirers and concerns by phone and in person. ● Ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationships. ● Perform wide market research and survey. ● Participate in sales events. ● Monitor competitors, market product development. ● Having ability to absorb representative. ● Understanding pricing strategies. ● Report periodically on the sales progress and results, analyze developments and make recommendations in order to promote Sales and marketing procedure. ● Reporting to: sales manager. ● Subordinates: no subordinates. ● Length of probation period: 2 months. ● Working hours: Saturday to Tuesday 8:15 - 17:15, Wednesday 8:15 - 16:15. ● Travel requirements: rarely.

Requirements

● University qualifications: Business Administration and any related. ● Other certifications obtained: ICDL. ● Soft skills and personality traits: having good negotiation skills, being patient, having presentation skills.
