Job Description
Objective: Implement OnlineJoo’s sales plans and strategies and ensure those are aligned with the company mission and vision.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
- Conduct research, find new target customers and introduce our business. Ensure min success rate of 70% - (sell 7 out of 10 calls)
- Prepare database of customers grouped by their industry.
- Visit and make meetings with vendors in order to convince them to use our platform and services. Ensure min success rate of 70% - (sell 7 out of 10 visits)
- Provide to the manager, report of any sales meeting with the customer on a daily/monthly basis and evaluate the progress vs. target.
- Find and collect information regarding the existing market and related customers.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product/market development.
- Develop terms of contracts in alignment with company management.
- Customer service management: Continuously follow customer issues and help them fulfill their needs.
