Job Description

Objective: Implement OnlineJoo’s sales plans and strategies and ensure those are aligned with the company mission and vision. Main responsibilities: - Prepare sales action plans and strategies. - Conduct research, find new target customers and introduce our business. Ensure min success rate of 70% - (sell 7 out of 10 calls) - Prepare database of customers grouped by their industry. - Visit and make meetings with vendors in order to convince them to use our platform and services. Ensure min success rate of 70% - (sell 7 out of 10 visits) - Provide to the manager, report of any sales meeting with the customer on a daily/monthly basis and evaluate the progress vs. target. - Find and collect information regarding the existing market and related customers. - Monitor competitors, market conditions and product/market development. - Develop terms of contracts in alignment with company management. - Customer service management: Continuously follow customer issues and help them fulfill their needs. Reporting to: Marketing Officer Number of people Required: 2 Duration: Permanent Probation: 3 months Travel requirements: Occasional travel within the country might be required. Requirements

- University qualifications: University degree (university degree in a relevant field is a plus) - Previous experience: Minimum 2 years of full time sales experience. - Specialist knowledge: Having the ability of working with Microsoft Software like: Word, Excel and Outlook. - Other Skills: Must have very good communication skills and motivated enough to meet our goals. - Ideal Age Range: 22-30 - Gender Preference: Female / Male - Nationality Preference: Iranian - Language Skills: Fluent in English - Current Residence: Tehran
