Job Description

HATCO aims to expand its sales team in order to intensify business activities and provide more services to its customers and partners. Therefore we are looking for experienced sales engineers who are interested in helping grow our business in a highly motivated team.

Identify and develop project opportunities in the Oil and Gas mid and downstream as well as in the petrochemical industry in Iran.
Pro-active engagement with partners and customers at all levels.
Close coordination of sales activities with respective Air and gas Compression and Separation departments of HATCO.
Follow up on projects from identification until contract signing.
Support to the departments for proposal and tender preparation.

Requirements

Familiar with process, mechanical, and industrial engineering.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant academic field.
At least 5 years of experience in an engineering position (preferably process/chemical engineering) respectively in a project management, /sales position with an engineering company or Oil, Gas, or Petrochemical production company.
Understanding the Iranian Oil, Gas, or Petrochemical industry.
Communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain close relationships with customers.
Strong team player.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Flexibility and willingness to travel within Iran.
