Job Description

The senior sales account manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with our organization's end customers. This includes identifying new sales opportunities, managing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including regular communication and on-site visits.
  • Identify new sales opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
  • Create sales plans and strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services to customers.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management, including sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • More than five years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, sales planning, and sales reporting.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed for business meetings or events.
